Before organizing any event, you must find a venue: a parish hall, bar or restaurant, community hall, lodge, or private property. Once the venue is chosen, you must assess its availability.

It's important to estimate the number of people potentially interested in your event. For logistical reasons, our teams will not travel if you plan to bring together fewer than thirty people.
